Confederate veterans (members of Turner Ashby Camp, U.C.V.) marching past Taylor Hotel on North Loudoun Street, crowds of people, etc. "They are led by Morgan Anderson (1865-1952), Bugler of the Camp; and in the front rank are Dr. William P. McGuire (1846-1926) in Confederate Gray leading his grandson, Dr. William P. McGuire, Jr., and Captain George Washington Kurtz (wearing a straw hat) leading his grandson John Vernon Eddy."
