Description |
2011 Valley Avenue, Winchester, VA. The Elms, later a tourist home, still later an inn/motel with cottages, currently (2007) headquarters of C-CAP. Home of Isaac Parkins, Sr., established 1731, later owned by Hillyard family. The house has since (January 2010) been demolished. Dating is presumptive - if later than 1906, the photograph was probably taken by Charles Littler Wood (II). |
